This is my hobby and not my job. I am subject to taking breaks to prevent burnout as needed and may only accept a small handful of commission in waves.

I have chronic conditions that affect my health and ability to make deadlines. Because of the inconsistency with my health, I cannot promise timelines on progress. Projects will be completed as I can complete them.

I ask for patience and understanding. Due to a plethora of reasons, I prefer to deliver a quality product instead of quantities of them. I balance running a free company, raiding high end content, my health and sanity and more alongside my commissions.

I am DM Friendly and value communication. I will always communicate with you and am happy to answer any questions or even make adjustments throughout the process of a commission. I just ask for the same in return.

Please do not copy or steal my designs, or poach my clientele. I am not your piggyback for success. I strive hard to maintain originality as much as possible and create unique concepts for all of my clientele.

I will never ask for IRL money for a commission. I operate in gil, the in game currency only.

If you wish to support my work via Ko-Fi donations, I won't say no. I spend $20/year for Carrd Pro, and $13/mo for Canva to make simple graphics for Carrd and Discord projects. I only charge gil for my services, but if you wish to support my endeavors externally I do have a Ko-Fi set up on my 'links' page for just this. Other than covering subscriptions, any excess will go toward paying bills and other necessary expenses so I can keep doing what I do as a passion.

You will need to be in my Discord for the duration of Commission services. Discord is my main point of contact and communication, and I do all of my operations in my discord server. If you are not in my server, I cannot guarantee I will remember to communicate accordingly.

Please be clear in your ideas for a commission. References can help but are not required. I do not work well without clear instruction. Lack of information in the commission application may cause the commission request to be ignored.

Lack of communication serves as grounds for forfeiture of the commission. When I am ready to start your commission, you will be contacted. If I do not receive a response in 48 hours, you will be moved to the back of the queue or removed from the queue entirely.

I do not tolerate harassment or poor behavior. I will cancel your commission and remove all contact if this occurs.

I accept 'art trades' for commissions. As I deem my commissions art, I am happy to trade art for art at an equal value agreed upon by both parties.

Consultations are free. I am happy to provide guidance, advice and direction. However, repeated requests for advice on the same project may be charged a small fee for compensation of time.

Gil Tips are appreciated but not asked for. I consider tips as a 'thank you' for my efforts and nothing more. If you wish to give me more than my asked fee that covers baseline commission and expenses, then this is up to you. Just please let me know so I can arrange payment accordingly.

I may accept discounted commissions during Holiday promotions or referrals from Affiliates. If referred by an affiliate, they must be able to validate the referral.

All gil installations are non-refundable. This is because I only accept payment at the end of my projects before the product is given.

I do not offer payment plans. The amount must be paid in full.

The only time a refund will be issued is due to client dissatisfaction. This means something had to have went horribly wrong with the commission beyond repair.

While I hold no IP rights or Copyrights to my creations, I ask that you credit me for all my work. I put a lot of time, effort, and consideration into my work. Do not claim my work as your own.

Please do not remove my signature from in-game message books, footer of the carrd designs, watermarks etc etc. This is proof of my work and I use these as references of my skillset I use to show current, potential, and future clients.

I am allowed to use my works to promote myself within any spaces, places, or sites.

Either myself or the client may discontinue a commission at any time for any reason. The reason does not have to be expressed. All gil transactions are final and non-refundable.

I reserve the right to relinquish my services to the homeowner if I feel the design requested is beyond my capabilities. In the event this should happen, the client will be notified promptly. Any gil transactions made are non-refundable.

I only decorate on All North American Datacenters at this time. Primal, Crystal, Dynamis, and Aether.

I will no longer be doing the design process in game as long as MakePlace exists. You will receive screenshots or a stream tour of the design before it is implemented into the game.

I will not be sharing the .json file from MakePlace with you. Extreme conditions such as apartments/FC rooms or unforeseen circumstances may bypass this.

For Apartments and FC rooms, you will need the FFXIV Quicklauncher and MakePlace plugin, or permit me access to your account for the duration of installation. I will livestream or be in voice the duration of the installation for these projects upon request. I do not have interest to be malicious regarding your account or your assets.

Anything bought or crafted by the decorator will be added to the baseline price. The fee will be served as a 'bill' at the end.

Please keep in mind any WIP images are subject to change and are not a representation of future and final products. Don't judge a book by its cover. Great things take time and sometimes ideas take a while to solidify.

If you have a budget, please make that clear at the start of your commission process. I do work with tight budgets.

If something breaks, I will fix it for free. Housing is ever in flux, and during DawnTrail they are also working on quality of life for Housing. If something needs to be altered because it 'broke' or changed, I can fix it for no additional cost unless the items for the fix are of significant value.

You must be a Pro Member in carrd to receive a carrd commission. This is because Carrd requires both me and you to have a subscription/pro account. While I will not require proof of pro membership, I will not be able to transfer the carrd to you at the end when all is said and done. As a reminder, I will never ask you to pay IRL money for something. This requirement is out of my control.

During the commission, you will be requested to provide images, text, and a clear idea. I do my best to fill in information the best of my ability, even with placeholders. I will not turn over a carrd design unless both myself and it's user are satisfied with the result.

My signature will be established at the footer of the design. This is proof of my efforts crediting back to this website. Please do not remove it.

You are asked to provide me with the corrected link for my portfolio if the link of the carrd changes for any given reason but the design does not. This is so future clients can view my work.

Carrd ownership will be transferred to your account upon commission completion. This is so you can have full control over the carrd for the future.

If something breaks on your carrd, I will fix it free of charge. This guarantee does not expire. I can also walk you through troubleshooting as necessary.

I require administrative access to your Discord. This means I need 'admin' rights so I can access everything freely to spruce up your Discord. When the project is complete, you may remove my access/rights.

As this is a new service, I only request patience and time instead of charging gil. This will not be a gil service for the foreseeable future.

Discord organization services are offered to create a clean and efficient work environment for the community it's for. I have picked up quite a few tricks working with discord to make things less bloated, easy to navigate, and interact with. This is a blend of aesthetic and functionality.
